− and free breakfast was not provided for first 8 days and provided for last 5 days.,we stayed for two weeks in two rooms.,Staff insists full payment on arrival we paid Rs 147000., we told we pay 1/2 and 1/2 following week., but they told they could cancel the booking., not great but later on they were okay. Bathroom shower head not working and no partition or screen for the shower but was advertised as private shower and shower water flows straight on the other side make all floor wet and splatter all over bathroom and on toilet seat.

− The reception desk couldn’t charge my card from technical reasons and I couldn’t get a room - it was 2:00am after a long 1day trip to Kerala :(
