Spotlessly Clean Hotel
9.0The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt so nice when you entered the hotel. The lift was cleaned each time I went in it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got an offer to clean my room every day and offered a late check out without having to ask.
− When sitting outside on the balcony it was not possible to get back in due to being locked as the homeless come in the gate but they did help by putting a block in the doorway.

9.0Front desk was very accommodating. Booking.com had messed up my reservation and even though I paid for a king room with a sofa bed, in the hotels system it did not reflect that. But the staff switched rooms for me anyway because they saw i had my teenage kids with me and I needed the extra room. I appreciate their efforts.
