2.0They gave my room before i even got there even though i had reserved it. And the staff was unprofessional and rude. They need to learn costumer service

2.0showed up with my family after a 3hr drive and lady behind counter said NO ROOM. i said that i had conformation number and she said NO ROOM. ILL NEVER BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM AGAIN.

6.0Very old and outdated. Not clean at all! I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself. Im not going to complain because we had to come here to evacuate from the hurricane. So this was the only thing available. If wasn't for that, i wouldn't recommend to homeless person!
