Localização excelente, porém muitas escadas, quarto muito pequeno e banheiro vaza a água para o quarto.

− Acesso difícil. Escadas perigosas, quarto muito pequeno, banheiro muito pequeno e sem vedação do box, a água vazou no quarto inteiro, até cheguei a escorregar na escada e cair. Ficamos meio perdidos para entrar no quarto, demoraram a atender o telefone.

8.0Ich buche das Hotel regelmäßig auf Grund der herausragenden Lage mitten in Serrano. Einmal im Jahr bin ich dort mit einer Freundin zum Bummeln. Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend, man kann stundenlang im Viertel verbringen, shoppen und gut essen. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, aber absolut sauber und einwandfrei. Wir sind lieber auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Für einen City Trip nach Madrid, wenn man in Serrano wohnen möchte, kann ich es sehr empfehlen aus Ausgangsbasis.
− Das Frühstück haben wir doch nicht gehabt, da sah mir aber eher basic aus.
