− La cama incomoda la almohada incomoda,pedí una habitación con dos camas y me pusieron de matrímonio 135 apenas cambiamos de muelles nos hundimos en ella daba aún callejón la habitación muy pequeña no tenía alfombra de baño ni toallitas de mano solo gel ni champú lo pillamos porque está cerca de la estación de tren para pillarlo ya que te lleva al aeropuerto por 3'05 pero no nos gustó nada la verdad si vas para más de un día no lo aconsejo el personal muy amable

1.0Le seul point positif est le personnel, qui a été très gentil, serviable et a fait de son mieux pour trouver une solution à notre problème. Malheureusement, cela ne compense pas l’état de l’établissement.
− Presque tout. L’établissement est mal entretenu et manque de propreté. La chambre était sale et il n’y avait même pas le strict minimum (savon pour les mains, gel douche, etc.). La climatisation, placée juste au-dessus du lit, faisait énormément de bruit. Il n’y a pas de parking à proximité, il faut se garer assez loin. De plus, les salles de bain et les toilettes communes ne sont pas clairement indiquées lors de la réservation. Le membre du personnel nous a d’ailleurs confié que ce n’était pas la première fois que des clients se trompaient. Nous avons finalement obtenu une autre chambre, mais bien plus petite que celle réservée, ce qui était très inconfortable avec deux enfants.

− Por un malentendido de mi parte que no leí bien el anuncio, contraté una habitación de baño compartido y quedaba no tan cerca de la habitación en el mismo piso. Pero repito que fue mi error.
