− la puerta nos fallaba un poco y teniamos que ir a bajo a que nos lo abrieran, la piscina estaba bien pero el agua estaba muy caliente
Una experiencia para no volver
1.0− Nuestra estancia del 5 al 7 de julio fue muy decepcionante. Desde la llegada, la atención en recepción fue poco profesional: la recepcionista utilizó un lenguaje vulgar, no nos explicó el funcionamiento del hotel (horarios de piscina, régimen contratado, etc.) y fue incapaz de orientarnos sobre el aparcamiento. La habitación se entregó en unas condiciones de limpieza inaceptables. Tuvimos que solicitar que la repasaran e, incluso después de hacerlo, seguía habiendo suciedad: sofá manchado, pelos en la ducha, polvo de obras, sábanas con manchas, baño sucio e incluso restos de basura debajo del sofá. Al final tuve que limpiar parte de la habitación yo mismo. La peor experiencia fue en la piscina. Varias familias jugaban con balones y pistolas de agua sin que nadie pusiera orden. Llegaron a mojar mi libro y finalmente un balón me golpeó. Nos vimos obligados a abandonar la piscina porque era imposible descansar con seguridad. Entiendo que el hotel no es responsable de la educación de algunos clientes, pero sí de hacer cumplir unas normas básicas de convivencia y seguridad. Tras comunicar todas estas incidencias, la única respuesta fue ofrecernos una comida, que rechazamos porque no buscábamos una compensación de ese tipo, sino disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas. Lo más decepcionante es que, después de todo lo ocurrido, ni la dirección del hotel se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros ni hemos recibido una solución adecuada. En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa que hizo que no pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestros días de descanso.
