− Assolutamente troppa umidità nelle stanze, condizionatori che non funzionano, il personale che fa un sacco di confusione te ti fa spostare da una stanza all’altra perché non sanno gestire le prenotazioni .. I servizi i bagni puliti male, per non parlare della cucina .. le lenzuola ancora stropicciate forse di chi era già stato prima .. orrendo

− Upon arrival, I was informed that the room did not have air conditioning and that only a fan was provided. I found this disappointing, particularly as this was not made clear prior to my arrival. More concerning, however, was the condition of the room itself. It had a strong smell of mould and felt extremely damp throughout my stay. The environment was uncomfortable and raised genuine concerns about hygiene and health. By the time I left, all of my clothing had absorbed the damp, musty smell from the room. The conditions were so poor that I felt I had no option but to check out early and pay to stay elsewhere. This caused significant inconvenience and additional expense that I had not anticipated. Staff were unhelpful when I told them about the room, not offering an alternative but just accepted what I said with nothing more said.

10.0Мне больше всего понравилось то что мы приехали в отель в 8.00 и нас сразу забрали в номер это было невероятно . Мы так устали с дороги ночь не спали и это было нам очень нужно. Спасибо вам большое за теплый прием 🥰

− nulla in particolare. per potersi muovere occorre prenotare taxi o affittare uno scooter o un'auto. sarebbe molto gradito un servizio navetta verso le spiagge o verso località vicine
