This was my second time staying at Swinton hotel. The location is good, not too far from the King's Cross station and pretty good food options nearby. The staff are always very nice.

− The windows for the bathroom did not close fully so we had to take shower with the windows half open. Although the buildings are not too close, it's still facing some apartments, we felt a bit insecure. The wifi was weak - maybe because our room was on the 3rd floor since when i stayed last time, the wifi was ok.

Location wasn’t the problem

− That One night has caused so much discomfort. Bed bugs have made my week hell, bitten beyond belief. 1st time I’ve ever come across that in my life. It totally ruined my overseas trip that followed. Been the worst stay & week
