This was our first stay at the hotel, and our first impressions were excellent. The staff were outstanding and are a real credit to the management team. They were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, creating a warm and welcoming family atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast offered an excellent selection of food, and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area. It was always easy to find a sun lounger, making it a perfect place to relax. The hotel is in a great location, ideal for walks along the lake, with the shuttle bus stop just a five-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful first experience of Italian hospitality and culture. It was very much appreciated and made our stay truly memorable.

Das Hotel ist toll. Es gibt eine sehr geräumige Tiefgarage, die auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Auf dem Dach ist ein Pool und man kann den Gardasee sehen. Zudem gibt es eine Poolbar mit einem fantastischen Limoncello Spritz von Guido. Unser Zimmer war modern und zweckmäßig - allerdings sehr klein. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Es gibt ALLES und das auch noch frisch zubereitet und jeden Tag etwas anderes. Von Obst über Rührei mit Speck bis Kuchen.

Frühstück war gut Personal alle sehr zuvorkommend, ob Putzfee, service im Frühstücksraum oder an der Bar.
