Отель сам по себе положительный, но очень старый. Да сделан косметический и только косметический ремонт. все со времён СССР осталось. Мы брали номер для 2 стандарт, фото, не соответствует действительности!! Фото я прикрепила стандарта, на сайте выставленны фото улучшенного номера! Который конечно дороже. Завтраки вполне съестные за 500₽ шведский стол. А вот к охране отдельные вопросы!! Запрещено проживающим сидеть в холле отеля и пить воду, кофе нельзя, при том что при входе в отель проверяют QR и паспорт. бегают за тобой и в не очень уважительном тоне с тобой разговаривали!! Это не приемлемо, их обязанности следить за безопасностью гостей. Испортили общее впечатление об этом отеле.. И конечно номера, это прямо назад в прошлое.. Окна грязные, в номерах холодно, затемнённых штор в стандартном номере нет, просто тюль и прекрасный обзор вас с улицы. Ванна настолько крошечная, что большому человек не развернуться..Сантехника очень устаревшая, очень.

Понравилось. Брали улучшенный номер, в комментариях попросила по возможности предоставить двухспальную кровать вместо 2 односпальных, тк двухспальных не было при выборе бронирования - предоставили! Большое спасибо персоналу. В целом хорошо, могло бы быть чуть комфортнее: на чистых полотенцах были темные волосы( наверное горничной), полотенец было 2 комплекта, вместо 3 (на новорождённого не дали), двери лифта довольно узкие, с коляской заходить тяжело.

При указанной ежедневной уборке в номере не убирались. Обслуживание номера рестораном не производилось (была свадьба) - питайтесь где хотите. В номер не дают стеклянную посуду. Даже чай предлагают заваривать в самом дешёвом пластиковом стаканчике (объясняют запретом роспотребнадзора. За последний год жил в паре десятках гостиниц и нигде подобного не было). Номер очень маленький, что конечно допустимо, но не удобно. А вот, что он очень тёмный - не допустимо. Из плюсов - напротив ж/д вокзала, что было для меня удобно.

Checked in as a first guest in 2021, I was really enjoyed the stay. The only thing is that I get a call at 11.30 about check-out, as my agreed check-out was at 13.00, so I felt asleep. Everything else was fine - cleanliness, comfort etc.
