Pleasant surprises during our stay in Hotel Savera

This was our first stay in Hotel Savera. Like many Guests, we choose Savera for its great location but what pleasantly surprised us was the care and service we experienced from the staff, particularly the housekeeping staff. Manik Das and Balaji, were incredibly thoughtful and cheerful in serving us. I wish hospitality industry had more housekeeping staff like them. Often, we returned to our room to find intricate Towel-Art (I have added a few photos) welcoming us and putting a smile on our face. Armstrongs.

Chennai vacation stay at Savera

Our stay at Hotel Savera was enjoyable! We stayed for over 3 weeks and the hotel staff were very supportive and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Indian specialties including the live stations churning out dosas. We recall with special look back at hospitality extended by Mr Qadir at the time of making reservations and Mr Lawrence who greeted us every day of our stay. Chefs Kalai, Balakrishnan and Venmathy took special care of us at breakfast and we appreciate that. Ms Vanitha also took our feedback to provide antiskid mat in washroom. Will certainly make Savera a part of our itinerary in Chennai.
