10.0I really enjoyed the hospitality and the facilities! I arrived after doing the biwaichi and they even helped me arrange a place to keep my bicycle and luggage in the hotel. Totally recommended!

10.0Room is great Onsen is great, especially the one at 11floor Great view and facilities I enjoyed both dinner n bfast. The staff is very nice. Chinese version of menu is prepared. We would definitely visit again
很舒适的老式温泉酒店
10.0酒店员工很有礼貌，服务贴心。接待的小姐姐英文中等，但可以沟通。check-in 时会预先询问用餐时间，外出时间安排，房间是否需要打扫等等，很老派且周到的服务。酒店虽然时日已久，但是维护得很好。五楼的风吕很赞。入住的旅客基本为日本本地人，整家酒店特别安静。酒店对面的烤肉非常好吃，夏天的韩式冷面很爽口。走多几步就有便利店，还是挺方便的。晚上有风有星星，是个很悠闲的地方。每天坐shuttle 时酒店送的小糖果很好吃，可惜是离开酒店的路上才打开品尝。下次去一定会买
− 如果泡澡后有冰棍吃就更好了，哈哈哈。雄琴温泉可以避开游人如鲫的旅游打卡景点。非常推荐
琵琶湖めぐりの締めとして最高でした。
9.0２ヵ所の露天風呂に入りましたが、とても良かったです。特に５階が素晴らしかったです。 夕食がとても美味しかったです。炊き込みご飯が好きですから、とても良かったです。 部屋も良かったのですが、残念ながら低層階（３階）でしたから、琵琶湖が望めませんでした。琵琶湖が望めるテラスのような場所があればと、少し残念でした。

京都観光と温泉旅館のいいとこ取り。
9.0夕食・朝食ともに大満足でした。お風呂は温泉の泉質が素晴らしく、館内施設も申し分ありません。京都へのアクセスの良さを理由に利用しましたが、京都観光と本格的な温泉を両方楽しめる宿だと思います。京都旅行は年に2〜3回、2泊以上することが多いので、今後はそのうちの一泊を湯元舘にしたいと思います。
