9.0Location was amazing. Close to all facilities. Great value gor money. Clean and spacious.
− Bigger coffee/ tea cups. Comfy chair to sit on as you have to sit on the bed. Walk in shower and higher seated toilet. My husband and I have knee trouble so that are my only things to make the stay perfect!

− External stairs are dangerous when wet. Dunny seat didn’t stay up for a male undrink.
Great location and value for money in the heart of Cowes. Would stay here again.
