2.0− Underground room (B). May not apply to other rooms, but had specifically requested a quiet room. Very loud. Can hear the metro every few minutes. Would not recommend, or would suggest specifically not requesting this room.

− The stairs. Hard to get luggage up and not easy to communicate with the manager.

Guests should be aware that there are no elevators at the City Inn and access to the rooms is by stairs only. If you expect to arrive after 18.00, please inform the hotel in advance. Also, this is a self check-in hotel. The reception is not running 24 hours. All guests will receive pre-arrival registration link to fill with photo ID prior completing the online registration all guests will receive self check-in instructions 3 days prior to arrival. The hotel has a self check-in system. The property will contact you in advance with instructions.
