− We booked a room with a Spa for our 7 year old twins, they were going on all day about how they couldn’t wait to get to the hotel for a warm spa after being in the snow all day, to Arriving their to be told sorry we are upgrading our rooms NO SPA & that was it, no money back for paying extra for the spa, my kids were really disappointed and upset and the road was so noisey it sounded like our windows were open all night, very disappointing
