Close to the supermarket and takeaways. We needed a late checkout and it was a breeze for us to be able to get extra sleep before our day began.

− Not so much as a dislike more of words for sucess,Because the restaurant is still developing :chill water jugs,could tell the tap water. Have a designated lobby waitress upon entry to restaurant.Allows waiting staff to seat the guest.reservated clients can feel at ease about their booking. that will get better as the restraunt has only just opened.congradulations on all the refurbishment it's come a long way.the restaurant was closed and hadn't started last time we stayed.

The Avenue! Only good thing is the location!

Location

− Bathroom had no fan and windows didnt open AT ALL. Signage says to phone for any assistance etc but NO PHONE. Ant found in bed, since staying there we've read other reviews stating they thought it was ants but potentially they were bed bugs! Was told someone from maintenance would come and look at the windows this never happened. To top it off we asked for another kettle because the one we had was FILTHY they replaced it with one thay LEAKED! Our unit wasn't serviced until after 3pm the next day! Was below average accommodation given what we paid. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
