Needed short distance from airport that provided a free shuttle. Courteous van service.

− Maybe breakfast. I don’t remember anything that good or bad. Pretty much standard fare. Maybe a second meat choice?

− The bathroom floor was very slippery. My wife slid in the bathroom and fell on her back and hit her head on the wall. We will not use this your company again. We will also tell our friends not to use you in the future as well

10.0The power went out at home and I need a place to go quickly. It was late at night and they were able to accommodate me. I would absolutely stay again, if needed.

7.0− My remote my TV didn’t work so I couldn’t use my TV. The entire time in the whirlpool would not stay running or the water wouldn’t stay in it.
