Clean, good location, friendly
5.0Great location, clean large room, staff friendly and helpful - the food and drinks in the fridge were a nice touch and appreciated.
− Room/ area outside in need of updating - staff also having breaks and sitting on seats right outside window to our room which felt odd when in the room and relaxing.
A very pleasant surprise
9.0We loved the fact that a microwave, fridge, breakfast and milk were available in the room. The entry system and communications prior to the pressure off an exact arrival time. We could tell the place has had a lot of thought and care put into it. Pub looked really nice too!
− Being really picky here - I'd have liked a slightly firmer mattress, but I appreciate that it's personal preference. Could have done with more sockets near the bed.
