8.0Location. When I first got to my room my air conditioner wasn't working properly. Within 5 minutes a young man was there to help me with that problem.
− Noise at night a very large truck sounded like it was doing some type of maintenance.

− Comfort height toilets. No Adjustable lighting in bathroom.
We would definitely recommend this location and we would stay here again for sure! This was a great experience.
8.0It was very clean and had a great family environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We really enjoyed the pool and that there was a free breakfast available.
− There were only a couple small issues including the drains didn’t drain very well and they seemed to have a struggling keeping towels and pillows available. We had a room with a pull out bed and weren’t able to get pillow for it. The only other rather inconvenient thing was that are room was on the opposite side of the second floor and was a pretty good hike to the elevator.
I would only stay here again if everywhere else was full and do not recommend.
5.0Breakfast was okay. Shower was nice in our room. Comfortable beds.
− Pantry items overpriced. Was a big ordeal to get clean towels and rags. Requested them one day and never received them. Toilet broke-husband had to fix it. Push-button curtains/blinds were broken so in order to see out we had to roll and tape them up. Housekeeping rushed us this morning and we still had time to be out. Pool was terrible. One of our girls suffered minor chemical burns from it. Such a strong smell like chlorine in there. Too small. No parking when it's busy like this weekend (state ball tournament). Need more than 1 washer and 1 dryer. Ice machines seemed to always be broken on at least 2 floors.
