7.0Wir hatten das Familienzimmer, genug Platz für 4 Personen, das Bad ist mit Dusche und Badewanne super ausgestattet. Alles Tiptop sauber !
− Leider war die Rezeption bei Anreise nicht besetzt. Erst sind einige Mitarbeiter an uns vorbei gekommen und haben uns stehen lassen, nach einigen Zeit hat uns dann doch ein Mitarbeiter darüber informiert das wir im Restaurant einchecken müssen. Ein Schild bezüglich dieser Info wäre gut gewesen. Das Restaurant hat leider früher geschlossen als angegeben.

4.0Die Lage.
− Die Lage ist gut, direkt am,im Wald.Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Einige Fernsehprogramme fehlen, ausgerechnet zur WM kein ZDF und ARD,( Bezahlfernsehen) geht gar nicht. Zu wenig Personal, und versteht kaum Deutsch. Das Essen am Abend nicht zu empfehlen, geschmacklos und von frisch keine Spur.
Preis-Leistung gut für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp durchaus zu empfehlen

− Frühstück war ok, aber etwas mehr Obst und Backwaren von regionalen Bäcker wäre wünschenswert

8.0Skvělý český mluvící personál, velmi ochotný a příjemný recepční Luboš, hezky pokoj, čaj, káva na pokoji, krásné okolí hotelu, opravdu široký výběr na snídani. Kulečník, šipky, šachy. Možnost welness a bowling. Výtah.
− Chyběla křída u kulecniku- detail. Hůře se vystupovalo že sprchové vaničky.

− Vstupní dveře pokoje se občas nedoviraly, sprchový kout nebyl O.K., voda tekla víceméně studená( jsme ale otužilí), matrace v postelích se rozjížděly( byly ale pohodlné).

8.0Die wunderschöne Umgebung, Ruhe. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten keine lange Anfahrt. Viel zu Sehen. Frühstück reichlich und Abwechslungsreich, für jeden etwas dabei. Wunderschöner Speiseraum und Rezeption.
− Flure zu den Zimmern schmutzig und teilweise mit großen Flecken beschmutzt. Fahrstuhl eine Katastrophe, macht Laute quietschende Geräusche. Duschkabine schwarze Fugen, unter dem Bett Taschentücher vom Vorgänger!
