8.0I liked my entire visit. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate, and I was even able to have an enjoyable breakfast the following morning. Most of all, I was satisfied with the customer service. I was double-charged on my card, so I called, and the staff was tremendously helpful in resolving my issue.
− There wasn't anything that I didn't like. So, I feel that this question is a non-factor for me. I guess the next time I will try to find something to write in this section. LOL!!
