− de kamers waren heel erg klein. je kan nauwelijks lopen. Er zijn kakerlakken in de kamer. wij hebben onze koffers constant dicht moeten houden om niets mee te nemen.
Un bon établissement à recommander.
8.0Chambre agréable et soignée, bon petit déjeuner, établissement très propre, cadre agréable car au bord de l'Erdre d'où possibilité de promenade.
− Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil quand nous sommes arrivés alors que nous avions précisé à quelle heure nous nous présenterions à l'hôtel, un autre client attendait déjà depuis un certain temps. Pas d'autre personnel présent dans l'hôtel à cette heure de la soirée pour nous aider, nous nous sommes débrouillés pour trouver quelles chambres nous étaient attribuées en regardant sur l'écran du PC de l'accueil et avons récupéré les clés heureusement posées sur le comptoir. Nous étions inquiets pour la personne qui devait nous accueillir car nous pensions qu'elle avait peut être eu un malaise mais le lendemain matin nous avons appris qu'il n'y avait aucun problème ...ni aucune explication .
