Very amazing experience
10.0The staff was amazing, the view was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable.
− The quality vs. price from the menu doesn't add up. The cocktails are not proper and very far from quality for that price. Water was also overpriced. Can put more milk and water in the rooms.

− No luggage service to the room, there was some noisy maintenance happening during the day without a warning, we couldn’t rest properly the noise was very disturbing.

3.0− My experience at the Radisson Blu was not great. The shower was not clean at all, which was very disappointing. The room also had a horrible drain smell that made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the curtains were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance from a hotel of this reputation. Unfortunately, these issues had a negative impact on my overall stay. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
