7.0Bardzo miły personel z wyjątkiem jednej pani :)
− Niestety zgrzyt straszny na kolacji... Nie mieliśmy rezerwacji chociaż nikt o jej konieczności nam nie wspomniał przy meldowaniu się. Nawet Pan w recepcji zachęcał do skorzystania z hotelowrj restauracji. Co zresztą zrobiliśmy. Sala pusta. Miła Pani kelnerka przyjęła zamówienie i wszystko było ok. Za około 10 minut przyszła inna Pani i oznajmiła nam że nie możemy być obsłużeni bo nie mamy rezerwacji. Sala pusta. Nikogo. Jeżeli byłoby nawet wszystko zarezerwowane to były do dyspozycji stoliki na zewnątrz, w oranżerii obok restauracji więc można było zorganizować dodatkowy stolik. Wystarczyła odrobina dobrej woli. Wstaliśmy zirytowani i pojechaliśmy do innej restauracji gdzie kimo pełnej obsady kelner zorganizował nam stolik i spędziliśmy miło i smacznie wieczór :) Muszę jednak nadmienić że Pani która przyjęła zamówienie wyszła do nas na parking i poprosiła żebyśmy wrócili. Pewnie się zreflektowała że jej koleżanka popełniła gafę. No ale mleko się rozlało a my nie chcieliśmy w takiej atmosferze spędzać wieczoru :( Pozdrawiamy miłą Panią pierwszą kelnerkę bo wiem że bardzo się starała naprawić zaistniałą sytuację i doceniam to bardzo :) A panią która nas wyprosiła zachęcam do refleksji nad swoim zachowaniem :( Niestety dodatkowo dostaliśmy pokój od strony ulicy więc przejeżdżające auta były dokuczliwe :((

10.0Super hôtel avec vue sur le Fjord et nous avons eu la chance d être surclassés ! 2 baies vitrées dur un paysage de rêve ! Ponton pour tenter la baignade. Bon restau et petit déjeuner tres bien. Bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique.
