10.0I had a wonderful stay! The view of Victoria Harbour is truly hard to beat, and having friendly staff and convenient transportation makes all the difference when visiting Hong Kong. Special thanks to David, manager helped correcting my 2nd booking adding the last day by mistake with the wrong month at booking.com. The excellent service makes the journey back feel extra special.

9.0Really enjoyed our stay at the Harbour Grand. We paid extra for club lounge access and it was great value - enjoyed relaxing with drinks and snacks after a long day of exploring They kindly offered us an early check in and late check out. (Shout out to Gigi on the club lounge check in). Beautiful views at night from the club lounge. Beds comfy. Easy access for metro station, trams (Ding Dins) & also walks along the waterfront. Great gym too. Would come back and stay again!
− The food on the buffet for evening drinks and brekky weren't always hot - but minor issue really.
