Nice hotel but not an excellent value for money.
8.0Maro World for kids is by far the best thing in this hotel, our kids had so much fun going there every single day. The staff and instructors in Maro World are also above expectation, they really deserve the credits. The hotel overall is satisfactory, but for us it lacked a little bit more to justify the value for money. Had I known the best thing would be the Maro World, I would've stayed in the Valamar Sunny which is way less expensive and grant you access to Maro World as well. Breakfast is good (8/10), specially consider the high volume of guests, they manage to keep a good quality standard.
− The hotel in general feels that an overall renovation and better maintenance is required. The temperature in the indoor heated pool could be warmer, it's not cold but it does not feel at all that's heated. Usually I would expect at least a complimentary bottle of water a day, but they don't provide it at all.
