Hotel in poor condition
4.0Too many things were either inoperable or not working correctly. We probably would never book a reservation at this hotel again.
Not ready for busy season
4.0This hotel is not equipped to handle the volume it gets. The breakfast lady was overwhelmed and the breakfast was burned and raw at the same time, the tv remote would not work and the front desk wouldn't fix it. They handed us a remote and said it should work. It didn't. The phone was broken so we couldn't even call down for a wake up call or to discuss the tv issue we had to go downstairs.
Good stay for hte price
10.0The staff was very gracious, no complaints about the hotel. The parking lot could've used a little bit more snow removal though.
Filthy bedding
4.0How unfortunate and disgusting to walk into a room with filthy bedding - this was after a 9 hr drive. Thankfully we asked to check the room out before we moved our stuff in because that would have been so much more difficult to handle. We were offered another room but first impressions last and we were not impressed. Even though it is non-smoking, the entire property smelled of cigarettes. I gave it a two because breakfast was available, adequate options were provided, and the hostess did what she could to make the experience good.

8.0I would have to say this hotel is way better than the reviews I've read. My room was clean. The breakfast was okay. No fruit and only one yogurt option. About 2 tables spoons of yogurt in each cup. No milk other than what was in a pitcher. Only apple juice or lemonade was offered other than coffee and tea. The usual waffle, cereal eggs, sausage , and bread options.. nothing healthy really.
