Location was good

− I had just told the staff the freezer with ice cream was broke, then 10 minutes later my two grandson's went to the counter with two ice creams and they billed my room for it. The grandson's 10 and 13 should have realized the ice cream was soft, being young and in a hurry the boys didnt realize and the staff should not have billed my room for warm melted ice cream.
