9.0Great location, pool was wonderful, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, and suite was spacious.
− It would have been nice if there were utensils/basic kitchen ware in the the kitchenette (I've never stayed in a condo type room where there wasn't as least cups for coffee, a knife and cutting board, etc). The room was not cleaned during our 5 day stay (towels were replaced), so some basic cleaning supplies in the room would have been nice so I could clean myself (maybe they were a little understaffed).

4.0Not a good experience so far at all. My room is dirty upon checking in. Hair on the towels, dirt in the corners and on the floor. Tub is stained brown. Fridge is broken and dripping water all over everything. It also smells like fish so strongly I think someone may have left old fish in it. No tv remote had to call the front desk to have them bring me one. Theres a phone in the room that just doesn’t work. Couch has stains all over it. Everything feels dirty and broken. For what it costs to stay here it’s not worth it.

− Housekeeping forgot about cleaning our room twice and the choice music at the pool was sometimes “rap”. We would’ve preferred steel drums music while relaxing.
Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.
8.0The location was perfect for going to local restaurants and travel up and down the keys. The pool was very nice and our villa was very comfortable and quite cute.
− We had to ask the front desk twice to notify housekeeping to clean our villa.
