10.0The room was great size well stocked fridge and coffee and tea making facilities showroom good size bed extremely comfortable breakfast was 10 out of 10 Rooms were very clean and very welcoming even the added bonus of a wall mounted fan and Vince and Sharon made you feel welcome from the moment you arrived to the moment you left a very big thank you to you both definitely returning next year
