− 同じ階に大変騒ぐ宿泊者がおり、明け方まで騒ぎがおさまらず、ほとんど睡眠が取れませんでした……早くフロントに部屋を変えてもらえば良かったです。

1.0施設は全体的に古く、清掃が行き届いているとは感じませんでした。特に、布団カバーに血のような汚れが付着しており、とても不快でした。清掃・点検を徹底していただきたいです。

8.0− 度々お世話になっています。今回621号室でしたが、床のカーペットのほつれが2ヶ所あり至急の対応をお願いします。 布団カバーが首にまとわりついて不快だった。
上越を楽しむにはサイコーの立地
8.0朝食の種類、美味しさとても満足、良かったです。 デフォルトで空気清浄機が置いてありました。安心した点です。 お風呂も綺麗でした。
− エアコン裏の吸気設備に、溜まっているホコリが見えました。 喘息出たらどうしようと思いました。
