− We were not notified in advance that the pool was out of service and was told onsite that it had been out for over a week with no ETA for fixing. We would have chosen an different location as we were traveling with small children.

2.0Room did not get cleaned, seemed like linen for bef had not been changed, towels had not been changed out after day 1. Breakfast was awful. Staff was friendly.

This was entirely too expensive.
