10.0What stood out the most was the warm atmosphere, the cleanliness, the fresh towels, and the comfortable, spotless bedding. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the shopping mall and the airport. Everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for.

8.0Staff was friendly and the room and facilities were clean.
− The AC unit was very loud which made it a little hard to get to sleep. The AC should be serviced. (It was a very hot week in SC, so it could be due to the excessive heat that the unit was overworking.
