10.0One of the absolute best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Front desk was friendly and courteous.

8.0Everything Was great and very clean. Only complaint was the us being on the 3rd floor and the elevator being out of order. Before booking someone had said the same thing on their own review from a few months earlier in May and it is now July. So either not getting fixed or is broken often. But like I said that was our only complaint and a little exercise is ok... Breakfast was very good and the lady serving breakfast was very kind and sweet to our son.
