7.0Personál - paradoxně v self check hotelu to byla jeho nejlepší část. Všechny, koho jsme potkali, se zajímali, jak se nám líbí, zda pro nás mohou něco udělat, všichni milí, usměvaví. Oni nemohou za vybavení a kvalitu pokoje, oni se snaží zachránit celý dojem z návštěvy. Jediná pozitivní část byla snídaně, ale i ta by šla povýšit, zcela chyběl tvaroh a různé pomazánky. Kafe mi nechutnalo, hořké, až spálené. Chválím z ovoce kiwi a vařič na vajíčka. Super je bezplatné parkování v hotelu, nicméně je potřeba přijet včas.
− Pokoj byl velmi malý (12), po příjezdu jsem byla docela v šoku, že pokoj vypadá jako vybydlená místnost. U značky Pytloun jsem si představovala zcela jinou úroveň. Byli jsme v termínu benátského festivalu, takže cena byla určitě vyšší než obvykle, nicméně úroveň pokoje rozhodně ceně neodpovídala. I úroveň úklidu si představuji jinak, vlasy na zemi a v koupelně. Na pantech u dveří hodně starý prach. Koupelna s malým světlem, na líčení rozhodně nedostatečné a prehistorickým sprchovým koutem. Pokoj = postel, mezi postelí a zdí jste sotva prošli. Přijet s kufry, tak je máme asi na chodbě. V pokoji stará malá lednice a všechno takové zastaralé, zeď špinavá.

Při příjezdu milé přivítání v podobě drobného občerstvení. Na chodbě automat na kávu :)
8.0Snídaně byly pestré. Možnost velkého výběru. Obsluha výborná, ochotná, usměvavá.
− Měla jsem obavy z přístupového klíče na pokoj k otevření dvěří, ale vše proběhlo hladce. Musela jsem volat, ale dle pokynů se vše podařilo. I když na hotelu není recepční, nebyl problém spojení a jakýkoli dotaz se snažil hotel vyřešit. Raději bych však uvítala někoho na hotelu při příjezdu, abych nemusela volat a být robotem.
