− Bisogna rivedere totalmente tutto il personale dell’accoglienza,sembra che ti stanno favorendo un piacere,distanti poco empatici,veramente un peccato perché l’accoglienza è il fiore all’occhiello di una struttura,credo che se scegliessero persone non campane l’accoglienza andrebbe a gonfie vele,lo dico da campano!!! Mi avevano detto che se non avessi prenotato due giorni non li avrebbero assicurato il posto in piscina per il giorno seguente,così ho fatto anche se non ho dormito,ma quando ho visto che tutte le persone in piscina hanno usufruito della piscina anche se la loro vacanza era al termine veramente ci sono rimasto male,anche perché ho speso in un giorno è mezzo 1190 euro di servizi!!!!

5.0− Trovo non coerente chiedere al cliente un sovrapprezzo di Euro 30,00 a persona per poter utilizzare la piscina nella fascia oraria fino alle 14.00 il giorno della partenza La stanza deluxe non era particolarmente pulita,. I mobili vecchiotti. Il frigo bar carente. Il bagno senza un ripiano di appoggio. Sulla cabina doccia ho trovato una piccola etichetta trasparente lasciata da un ospite precedente e che non so da quanto tempo possa essere lì. Il prezzo della stanza è del tutto inappropriato rispetto alla qualità della stanza. Stanza che, peraltro, ha l'affaccio delle due finestre delle due stanze da letto su...un MURO.
