9.0L'accoglienza e il congedo dei titolari sono stati molto positivi. Sono persone che sanno dare la giusta attenzione ai loro ospiti con simpatia e consigli pratici su come muoversi in Bologna (noi siamo stati lì per il concerto dei Metallica e sono stati molto gentili a suggerirci i parcheggi più vicini allo stadio, le strade chiuse,....).

10.0Colazione molto varia e gustosa a buffet, parcheggio indispensabile e gratuito, ma il valore aggiunto della nostra esperienza è stata l' eccezionale empatia, gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore Monica, che si è adoperata per risolvere un'emergenza dell'ultimo minuto, mettendosi a completa disposizione. Ci ha offerto una seconda stanza ad un prezzo ridotto e la colazione che non avevamo prenotato. Un gestore da 10 e lode. GRAZIE
