− Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Preis-Leistungsverhältis ist eine Frechheit - Einzelzimmer 221,00/Nacht !!!
Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge nach Maria Zell, Naturpark Ötscher und Melk.
8.0Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück mit der Möglichkeit, sich seine Frühstückseier selbst zu kochen oder Eierspeise und Ham-and-Eggs selbst zu machen. Absolut Top - immer frisch und kein Abfall. Das Früchtejoghurt mit Dirndl (Kornelkirsche)-Marmelade hat mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, die Auswahl an Cerealien für das Müsli ist riesig. Die Bedarfshaltestelle der Maria Zeller Bahn liegt vor dem Hotel.

2.0− Titel: Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Mängel wurden ignoriert Bewertung: ⭐ (1 von 5 Sternen) Wir waren vom 11.05. auf den 12.05. im Rahmen einer Motorradtour in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Leider war unser Aufenthalt alles andere als erholsam. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass es im Zimmer kein warmes oder heißes Wasser gab. Zudem blieb die Heizung komplett kalt, was bei einer Außentemperatur von gerade einmal 8 °C extrem unangenehm war. Wir haben die Chefin des Hauses noch am Abend des 11.05. persönlich über diese Mängel informiert. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass man sich darum kümmern würde. Das Ergebnis am nächsten Morgen: Immer noch kein warmes Wasser – Duschen war unmöglich. Die Heizung blieb die gesamte Nacht über aus. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation bei der Abreise. Als wir um ein Entgegenkommen beim Preis baten (wir schlugen vor, lediglich die 18 € für das Frühstück nachzulassen), wurde dies von der Chefin kategorisch abgelehnt. Fazit: Mängel können vorkommen, aber die Art und Weise, wie hier mit berechtigten Beschwerden umgegangen wird, ist absolut unprofessionell. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr aufsuchen.
