Obsługa- rewelacja. Paolo, przywitał nas i udzielił wszelkich praktycznych informacji o Rzymie i o ułatwieniach w zwiedzaniu. Dana, która prowadziła serwis jest przemiłą i ciepłą osobą. Również chętnie dawała nam rady jak i gdzie poruszać sie po mieście. Z przyjemnością wrócimy w to miejsce. Śniadanie typowo włoskie ale jest dostepna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona do dyspozycji gości. Poloha, izba v pohode, rýchle raňajky, ktoré sú ponechané v skrinke a chladničke (sladké, džús, jogurty, mlieko).

− Pri check in sme mali nepríjemnú skúsenosť, ubytovávala nas žena, ktorá bola pravdepodobne pod vplyvom alkoholu, o 12 nám urobila check in s tým, že o dve hodiny sa môžeme ubytovať, keď sme sa vrátili, tak tvrdila, že potrebuje ešte čas, boli sme s tým v pohode, čakali sme v spoločnej miestnosti, no po chvíli zas prišla, že ma sklz a začala volať majiteľovi, nastal cirkus, krik, hádzanie telefónu. Boli sme partia troch žien a malého dvojročného dieťaťa, bolo nám to nepríjemne a desivé. Presunuli nás na inú izbu, že nastal omyl, prešlo asi 5 minút a zas tvrdili, že ideme naspäť na pôvodnú izbu. Bolo to nepríjemné, keďže sme cestovali od skorého rána a nevedeli sme, kde skončíme. Po nepríjemnej úvodnej skúsenosti nám poskytli zľavu z ubytovania. Ďalšie mínus nie úplne ubytovania je, že nám majiteľ zabezpečil transfer, pri ceste z letiska nás šofér urgoval, kde sme, pritom sme čakali na batožinu. Na ceste späť som písala priamo šoférovi, že chceme transfer, no on to riešil opäť s našim ubytovaním. Dohodli sme sa, že príde o 10.00, bolo 10.40 a nebol na adrese. Ak nechcete zmeškať let, tak si dajte časovú rezervu.

Great location, spotless room.

The room were very clean & set up nicely. The building was close to the metro & only a 10 minute walk to St Peters Square & the Vatican. There is a couple of conveniant shops & restaurants close by. The air con worked well & the ensuite shower was superb. There was a leak in the shower head & the next morning Paolo came to fix it straight way. This is not a 5 star hotel & you don't expect that for the price. It's a very comfortable, clean & well located room with a private bathroom with really nice hosts. Other travellers will use the rooms on the same floor. Communication from hosts was superb. The kitchen was clean with milk, coffee & some basic breakfast packets each morning. The house is located down the road from a bank on the corner. Thank you.
