Good location

− They failed to inform us that there would be no electricity or water supply for two days of our stay - this coincided with the day we had a wedding to attend! The hotel refused to take any responsibility and after constant back and forth with them, they reluctantly offered us another hotel to stay in. They wouldn’t provided the name until I asked 3 times, once they provided it and we looked it up, it had no reviews and resembled a 1 star hotel. It was not a suitable replacement for the money we paid to stay at Nonna Jole, therefore we had to pay for another hotel for our remaining two days. Nonna Jole have taken no responsibility and are refusing to give us our money back for the nights we did not stay at their hotel due to there being NO WATER OR ELECTRICITY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Comfortable and felt very well looked after.

Easy to find and only a 10 minute walk to station. I was at the very top and had a lovely roof terrace and felt like I was at the top of a tree house. Everything was well communicated to me by the lovely staff
