10.0La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere la stazione di Trastevere. Inoltre la struttura è rifornita di tutti gli accessori per bagno e camera.

10.0Soggiorno in questa struttura ogni volta che mi trovo a Roma e ormai è diventata il mio punto di riferimento. Luciano è un padrone di casa eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Le camere sono impeccabili, pulitissime, accoglienti e curate nei minimi dettagli. Ogni volta trovo acqua, succhi, snack dolci e salati, la macchina per il caffè espresso e un kit di cortesia completo in bagno: piccoli dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza e fanno sentire come a casa. La posizione è strategica, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Trastevere e vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici, così spostarsi per Roma è semplicissimo. La domenica, inoltre, si può raggiungere in pochi passi il caratteristico mercato di Porta Portese e nei dintorni non mancano bar e ottimi ristoranti. Consiglio questa struttura senza alcun dubbio a chi cerca pulizia, comfort,ma soprattutto cortesia e un'accoglienza autentica. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

9.0Struttura vicina alla stazione di Roma Trastevere ed a varie fermate di autobus. Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Kit di cortesia super completo (anche meglio di diversi hotel).
A nice property in an interesting building.
8.0The contact person was exceptionally responsive and helpful, which is not always the case with properties (there's more and more of them) that have no on-site contact person. He arranged for taxis to the airport, which can be a challenge without phone SIM. The beds were comfortable, and the room large enough.
− It not in the most interesting part of Trastevere, but it's in Trastevere, but it's less expensive, so it works out. No real complaints.
