7.0Room was clean. AC was controled from the room, which is a nice feature especially during the summer months. Location was great. Next to High Street and Earls Court Tube Station.
− I normally would not submit a second review, but I feel compelled to respond to the property's reply to my original feedback. My reviews are always intended to be fair and constructive. As a hospitality professional with more than 30 years of experience, my goal is to provide helpful observations, not to criticize unfairly. Overall, I enjoyed the property and its amenities. My only concern was the internet service, which was unreliable during my stay. Because I had lost my phone and could not use a mobile hotspot, I was forced to rely on local businesses to complete important online tasks. When I reported the issue, I was told the problem was likely my computer. Since my computer worked properly everywhere else, I do not believe that was the cause. I was disappointed by the defensive response at the front desk and by the unprofessional tone of the property's reply to my review. After reviewing the property's responses to other guests, it appears that reviews containing constructive feedback are often met with negative or dismissive replies. Constructive feedback is intended to help businesses improve, and responding defensively only reinforces the concerns being raised. I wish the property continued success and thank them for their time.

10.0Das Hotel war sehr sauber, man hatte alles, was man braucht und das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel lag ruhig und trotzdem zentral, kurzer Fußweg zur Tube, sowie zu Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.
