Déception pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles.

− Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement . Si le parc magnifique et fleuri ainsi que les équipements de loisirs (piscine, sauna) nous ont charmés, l'expérience dans la chambre "SIAM" a malheureusement terni notre séjour. Pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles, nous avons constaté plusieurs manquements importants : Un manque de confort et d'équipements : En plein mois de juin, l'absence de climatisation s'est fait ressentir. De plus, le réfrigérateur était en panne. Heureusement, l'hôtesse d'accueil a réagi à notre demande en nous apportant une gourde d'eau, car aucune boisson de bienvenue n'était disponible. Un agencement et un entretien à revoir : La circulation est difficile dans cette petite pièce.Les meubles sont très rapprochés. La salle d'eau, très sobre, n'est séparée de la chambre que par une cloison ouverte en hauteur. Enfin, des détails comme le radiateur rouillé montrent que la chambre aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La vue : Le seul Velux de la pièce offre une vue directe sur un dépôt d'ordures, ce qui rompt le charme du domaine. En conclusion, le potentiel du lieu est là, mais les prestations intérieures mériteraient un sérieux rafraîchissement pour justifier les 4 étoiles.
