8.0La posizione vicinissima a San Marco ma comunque tranquilla, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, le camere ampie e la disponibilità, anche a distanza, del Sig. Nicola.
− Il bagno piccolo, ma per qualche giorno ci si può adattare.

7.0Muy bien trato por parte de Nicola. Ubicación buena. Habitación espaciosa.
− El desayuno muy flojito: el café de la máquina grande bastante malo (mejor la cafeterita pequeña eléctrica que hay), pan de molde, fiambre envasado (solo jamón York y queso lonchas), te lo tienes que hacer y preparar tu todo. Pone desayuno incluido pero no considero que sea un desayuno de “hotel”. El baño bastante pequeño y un poco viejo.

Escapade à Venise dans le quartier de l'Arsenale, tout proche de la Biennale et des Vaporetto.
10.0La pension est très proche des deux lieux de la Biennale, y compris des Vaporetto. A pied, vous êtes également très proches de la Piazza San Marco. Nicola communique très facilement via What et est de bon conseil. Au fond d'une impasse, le logement est très calme. La clim est un plus lorsqu'il fait chaud et humide comme en ce début d'été. Enfin , ce principe de pension en accès libre nous donne une certaine indépendance et les rencontres du petit déjeuner sont sympathiques.

8.0Es war sehr ruhig dort. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Die Betten waren ideal für uns. Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat ist es ideal. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß.
− Das Klo war sehr klein. Das BeDe ist für uns überflüssig gewesen. Den Platz könnte man besser zum badnutzen gebrauchen. Das Klo war sehr eng an der Dusche. Dadurch dass man nicht zu breit sein. Der Morgen startete dadurch immer wie ein Tetris Spiel. Wo lege ich was hin. Wie organisiere ich mich auf engstem Raum.
