7.0This accommodation was quite nice, one of the staff there was extremely helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed his enthusiasm and his eager to be kind and professional while he explained us the area of fussen and recommended how to get to Neuschwanstein Castle. Very lovely person. The hotel was good and our room seem to be very accommodating to the elderly/disabled people with spacious room and accessibility features which is quite nice to see.

1.0سهولة الوصول إلى الفندق، كما أقدر اعتذار إدارة الفندق عن التصرف غير المهني الذي صدر من موظفة الاستقبال، وحرصها على مقابلتي عند المغادرة والاستماع إلى ملاحظاتي.
− كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق مخيبة للآمال منذ لحظة الوصول. تم تخصيص غرفة مختلفة تمامًا عن الغرفة التي قمت بحجزها ودفع قيمتها عبر تطبيق بوكينج. وعندما أبرزت لموظفة الاستقبال نسخة من الحجز، رفضت التحقق منه وأبلغتني بأن هذه هي الغرفة الوحيدة المتاحة، متجاهلة الحجز المؤكد دون تقديم أي حل. كان من المفترض أن تتدخل إدارة الفندق فورًا لمعالجة المشكلة منذ لحظة الإبلاغ عنها، إلا أن ذلك لم يحدث. جاء تدخل الإدارة متأخرًا عند موعد المغادرة فقط، بعد انتهاء فترة الإقامة، ولذلك لم تتم معالجة المشكلة بشكل فوري ولم أستفد من أي حل أثناء وجودي في الفندق. الغرفة التي تم تسكيني فيها كانت في الدور الأول، وكانت سيئة للغاية، حيث استمرت أصوات الموسيقى الصاخبة القادمة من المواقف القريبة حتى ساعات متأخرة من الليل، مما حرمنا من النوم والراحة. في اليوم التالي طلبنا مكواة للملابس، إلا أن موظفات الاستقبال رفضن توفيرها بحجة أنها غير متوفرة، وكان أسلوب التعامل يفتقر إلى الاحترافية والاحترام. للأسف، موظفات الاستقبال بحاجة إلى تدريب جاد على خدمة النزلاء وحسن التعامل معهم. عند المغادرة التقيت بصاحب الفندق، وقد اعتذر عن الموقف وقدم تعويضًا قدره 50 يورو. إلا أنني أعتبر أن هذا المبلغ يمثل فرق سعر الغرفة التي دفعت ثمنها ولم أحصل عليها، و المبلغ 50 يورو فلا يعوض إطلاقًا عن سوء الإقامة، والإزعاج، وضعف الخدمة، وسوء أسلوب التعامل. أنا سائح قدمت من بلدي للاستمتع بإجازتي والإنفاق مقابل الراحة والخدمة الجيدة، وليس للحصول على تعويضات بسبب أخطاء الفندق وسوء إدارته للمواقف. باختصار، كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا. ورغم اعتذار إدارة الفندق، فإن تدخلها جاء متأخرًا ولم يعالج المشكلة في وقتها، لذلك لم يغير شيئًا من واقع الإقامة. ولهذا لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، ولن أكرر هذه التجربة مرة أخرى.
