7.0Amazing location and breakfast! Angelina was very supportive, attentive, and genuinely tried to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, she was unable to fulfill it due to certain limitations or the scope of her authority, which I completely understand. I truly appreciate her efforts and helpful attitude.
− Unfortunately, my stay was affected by several issues. There was considerable noise coming from neighboring rooms and the reception floor, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. I was frequently disturbed by these sounds and found myself waking up throughout the night. Additionally, I did not feel entirely safe and comfortable during my stay, which affected my overall experience. A quieter environment, better soundproofing, and improved attention to guest security would make a significant difference. While the location and breakfast were excellent, these issues unfortunately impacted the comfort and quality of my stay.
