− اللوبي كان سيء ما كان حلو مو كبير صغير بس الموظفين حبوبين ، الاوتيل بليل يصير زحمة عند المدخل مع زحمة gran vìa فهذا يسبب ازعاج و مضايقات عند الدخول ، الاوتيل حلو بشكل عام بس في افضل بنفس السعر

The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt easy and well organized. I had a great stay at NH Gran Vía and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
