10.0Villa stupenda a Parioli in una zona bellissima e tranquilla. L'abitazione è divisa in 5 stanze prenotabili singolarmente, noi ne abbiamo prenotate 3 (una doppia, una tripla e una quadrupla) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. è tutto ben arredato e comodo. Il proprietario anche è venuto a presentarsi e è stato esattamente cordiale e di aiuto in ogni occasione. Prenotando inoltre si ha la possibilità di richiedere pdf informativi per muoversi tra la villa e Roma e per informazioni riguardo ristoranti e mezzi pubblici, il tutto molto utile per turisti. Rimane comunque piu semplice muoversi con uber che hanno un buon prezzo. La zona è molto tranquilla il che implica la necessità di non fare troppo casino soprattutto nelle ore serali. È a 5 minuti di distanza a piedi da a un supermercato e a 10 minuti da un tabacchi. Le stanze mantengono l'architettura classica di una villa storica ma con arredamento e elementi piu moderni in modo da garantire il comfort. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e non abbiamo alcuna critica, tutto impeccabile e ci ha permesso di vivere al meglio la vacanza a Roma.

Zona tranquilla di Roma e molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici
9.0Abbiamo scelto la struttura per la sua vicinanza all'Auditorium Parco della Musica. La zona è servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici, la fermata è a pochi minuti a piedi, e si raggiunge comodamente ogni zona della città col bus (ma ci sono anche Metro e treno, che noi non abbiamo preso). La zona è super tranquilla. La villa è molto bella, la stanza e il bagno spaziosi e luminosi. In camera c'è tutto quanto può servire. Sia il personale che il titolare sono stati estremamente gentili. Le indicazioni fornite in relazione ai trasporti, ai ristoranti nelle vicinanze e agli spostamenti sono preparate in modo chiaro, semplice, preciso e accurato. La comunicazione tramite whatsapp comoda e molto utile. Viene fornito un codice unico per accedere alla struttura e alla stanza per tutta la durata del soggiorno, molto pratico
