4.0Lo unico que puedo considerar bueno del hotel es la ubicación, y que tiene un bufete 24 horas, lo que nos ayudo mucho al llegar a las 10 pm
− Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas para una familia, pusieron una cama extra que impedia el paso por la habitación. No habia lugar para nada.

8.0A 24 hours food and drinks availability is a big welcome and a big surprise. A very accessible location to transport, wide selection of restaurants, local eateries and shopping areas. Availability of freeze and microwave are a welcome bonus. The staff Julia, Gonzalez and +++are definitely an Xtra feature of the hotel to our comfortable stay, both were very helpful at anytime when we need assitance,or information about the city.
− As it is a low season when we booked our accommodation in Barcelona the price per night of the room is high. Noticed People who did not pre booked their accommodation (same day booking) they pay a lot less per night compared to what we had paid.

9.0Great place in the heart of Barcelona! We all loved it! A beautiful palace with all the modern facilities we need. Excellent location, great food and helpful stuff. Would recommend to anyone!

6.0Однозначно дуже хороше місцезнаходження готелю. Привітний персонал
− Старий ремонт і запах затхлості, вологості. Нас, 2 дорослих і 1 дворічна дитина, поселили в номер де не було фактично вікна. Формально воно було, але виходило в стіну (прохання дивитися фото), тобто ні провітрити кімнату, ні денного світла. Відчуття наче в підземеллі. Хоча є ліфт з першого на другий поверх, але щоб до нього дійти потрібно теж пройти сходи, а з дитиною і візочком це незручно
