10.0A dolgozók nagyon segítőkészek és kedvesek. Finom ételek, szép környezet.

8.0Többször jártunk már itt a családdal, nagyon kellemes a környék, az erdő és a természet közelsége. A hotel nem ultramodern, de emberi és legutóbbi ott-tartózkodásunk óta új bútorok kerültek a közös helységekbe. Az ételek finomak, az étterem terasza nagyon hangulatos nyári estéken.
− Nincs a szobákban légkondi!!!! 37 fokos nyári hőségben ez igencsak levont a szállás értékéből!!!

2.0Szép környezetben található. Jó a levegó a Lővérekben A Hotel elől indult a transfer Szentmargitbányára az operaelőadásra
− Korábban voltunk már itt, de nem erre emlékeztem. Sajnálatos a lepusztultsága!!! A recepción kezdődött az első problémánk. Egymáshoz közeli szobákat kértünk, ezt nem sikerült teljesiteni Még azonos emeleten sem sikerült szobát biztositani. A Recepciós hölgy nem állt a helyzet magaslatán. Azt mondta a nagy foglaltság miatt (néhány ember lézengett a szállodában ) nem megoldható Igy hát hagytuk az egészet. Már a folyosókon is rettenetesen koszos, lukas padlószőnyeg volt . A szobába érve meghatározhatatlan eredetű bűz fogadott a padlószőnyeg, a fürdő piszkos volt. 3 szobát foglaltunk, a másodikban csatornaszag volt és nagyon meleg. A harmadik volt kissé tisztább. A reggeli? Jó volna elfeljteni. A darazsakkal való harc kemény volt, sértésnek vették ha kértük, cseréljék ki a darazsakkal teli dzsem-et. Amikor végre találtunk kevéssé piszkos poharat, akkor az automata gyümölcslé helyett csak vizet adott. Az ételek gyenge minőségűek voltak. A kegyelemdöfést a reggeli után kezdődő , totalis áramszünet adta meg, bár erről valószinúleg nem a szálloda tehetett Szóval az egykor szép napokat látott, igen neves szállodát kár volt hagyni igy tönkremenni Sajnáljuk
